Individuals may reserve rooms for up to 2 hours a day. That time may be reserved in one two hour block or in multiple blocks, with the minimum length of time being 30 minutes. Rooms may be reserved up to two weeks in advance.
If you need to reserve a room for a longer period of time please contact Carrie Byrd or Jan Wren to request an exemption. Include the date, time and reason for the exemption in your email.
If you have not arrived by 20 minutes after the time of your reservation, your reservation may be canceled and the room made available to others.
If the room you have reserved is occupied when you arrive for the start of your time, please feel free to ask a staff member for assistance.
